J Appiah has dropped his first new music of 2020 in the form of his beatific new single ‘Chains’.
The track was produced by the influential Ruckspin and is an electronic dance number at its core but blanketed by euphoric vocals from J Appiah.
‘Chains’ was released via the newly established 19fifty7 which focuses on the talents of African American creatives, and looks to give them an international platform on which to shine.
J. Appiah is a highly regarded backing vocalist who has toured with the likes of Jess Glynne and Wilkinson, but, with live music on hold for the foreseeable future, he is now focusing all of his attention on making his own sonic imprint.
