Indie-pop singer / songwriter Anna Shoemaker has shared her brand new single 'It's Depression' featuring Middle Part via +1 Records.
Hot on the heels of 'Sick!' which was the first single to be released from Anna's forthcoming debut album coming early next year, 'It's Depression' is indie-pop at it's finest. The ultimate encore song and a bold and anthemic addition to her already impressive catalogue, the track is driven by funky and infectious guitar riffs and gritty percussion which somehow creates a sort of dreamy soundscape for Anna's sophisticated and classy vocals to soar over and takes a deeper dive into more personal songwriting.
She says,
“Middle Part and I similarly overthink a lot of things and, to me, that’s kind of what this is about. It's an anxiety attack in a song."
