Hanne Mjøen | Hell With You

Norwegian alt-pop aritst Hanne Mjøen has released the leading single from her upcoming EP 'Emotional Fever', entitled 'Hell With You'.

Lyrically, the track narrates what it feels like to fall out of love but not wanting to leave for the fear of never falling in love again. Instrumentally, it's a savage take on pop music which takes listeners on a journey of propulsive production and intoxicating synths whilst adding an injection of dark electro-pop. Hanne's dreamy and delicate vocals are a contrast to the thrilling and hard hitting production but none the less, 'Hell With You' will make you want to get up and dance.

She spills,

“You want to leave knowing this isn’t “it” for you, but you’re scared of being alone, and not ready to give it up.”

Hanne's upcoming EP navigates love and life and is an emporium of talent. Written between Stockholm and London, she brings together the very best of dance-worthy pop melodies and moments of heartache to tell her chapters of journeying into adult life. The overall feel of the five-track EP is rich in electro, dream-pop melodies with flares of throbbing synths and a rich mix of dynamics that take you on a rollercoaster of sound and emotion.

Connecting with listeners across the globe through her honest songwriting and vibrant pop anthems, Hanne Mjøen is a force to be reckoned with.
