What's your name & where are you from?
My name is Liam Clear. I am 18 years old and I am from Worcestershire.
What is a unique fact or story about you?
All of my life I have loved entertaining and performing, trying to make people happy. It’s
something I’d definitely love to do in the future and hosting is right down my street. When
hosting and performing, I have a real charisma about me, making people laugh and being
entertaining. However, what you see is what you get. It’s not like I put on an act. I always try to
be myself, whilst still being very grounded at the same time.
You're were the host of 'KG Love Island' - can you explain how the show works for
anyone who hasn't had a chance to catch up with it yet?
So since there is no Love Island this year, KG Island came about and I am very lucky to say
that I am the host. Think of it as the normal Love Island, except on the social media platform Tik
Tok. We have LIVE dumpings on zoom calls which we film on Instagram, I bring in bombshells
and add twists to keep the islanders on their toes. We’ve recently finished Casa Gmor and to
keep the public updated with what’s going on, create ‘love huts’ where couples explain how they
are coping in their couple. We chat over a snapchat group chat called ‘the villa’ where we only
talk in voice notes so people can screen record conversations to post onto the account. Soon,
the couples will narrow down and the winners will be crowned.
Do you have a favourite Islander/Couple?
Of course I have to be neutral since I am the host. I like every single couple for different
reasons, but I do like Poppy and Rhett. I like them because they are both down to earth people
and fans can relate to them because of the honest content they create. But I think they are a
cute couple in general and everyone loves them.
For any TikTok newbies, what is it that attracted you to the platform and what is it that you love most about it?
At first, I didn’t know if Tik Tok would be my sort of thing. But I was so wrong! I am hooked to
it! It has kept me busy over lockdown and has given me something to do. It brightens people up
during a tough time in the world. I love the dances, the sounds, all of it! I also love the sense of
community within it. I love going LIVE and talking to my followers. My following is amazing. They
support me and leave really kind messages, which encourages me to carry on. I call my
followers the LC Vibers, because I like to think my account is a good place to be (with lots of
good vibes aha.)
What has been your favourite dance or trend recently?
I think my favourite dance right now is the ‘Savage Love’ dance by Jason Derulo. I’m not the
best dancer in the world by any means, but this dance is a nice one to do with family, friends
etc. It’s not too hard to learn either! Plus, it’s really catchy!

Definitely Addison Rae! I mean it will never happen, but she’s any man’s dream aha! I’d love
to collaborate with Jeremy Lynch! He makes a similar sort of content to me, he’s funny and
seems to have a good laugh! And finally KSI! His content on Tik Tok and YouTube is brilliant
and I think he is inspiring, showing people they can achieve anything.
What can we expect to see from you in the future?
Right now, I’m going to focus on finishing off hosting KG Island and work on my own content,
trying to grow my account on Insta and Tik Tok with content people can enjoy. After that, who
knows! I’d love to be able to have an opportunity like this again and work with people who will
help me. As I said, performance and hosting etc. is a big passion of mine so if anyone is
interested in collabing or working on something, feel free to contact me hehe! TV is such a big
passion to me, so if I could get into that industry in the future that would be a dream for me!
Finally, which is your favourite TikTok you've created so far and why? (include direct

I am a big ‘Friday Night Dinner’ fan! So when I heard this specific Friday Night Dinner sound,
I asked my family to do it with me! It was such a good laugh, my family experiencing Tik Tok at
it’s finest. They loved it but found it hard to get the lip syncing right. I played Jim of course! The
best character... It was so funny to film and it’s my most viewed Tik Tok with over 200,000
views. I also enjoyed filming a duet of ‘Baked Potato' with Matt Lucas which has got just under
100,000 views. I sent it to Matt on Twitter and he actually saw it, quoting ‘this boy can sing!’ I
was so happy!
