After gaining success in his homeland of Denmark, Nicklas Sahl has released his debut album 'Unsolvable' which features 'Say It Back' accompanied by a music video for the track.
Acting as the opening track of the album, 'Say It Back' was written in Nashville, where Nicklas worked with Grammy-winning producer & songwriter Josh Kerr and Grammy-nominated Sam Ashworth, and the Nashville inspiration shows, mixed with a more upbeat modern pop. A fluid, and focused track with an inspiring vocal and funky vibe. It's a feel-good song which is lyrically great, catchy and emotionally rich.
Nicklas Sahl gets straight to the heart of the subject matter and throughout the album, he steps into character and explores a variety of personal stories addressing challenges, uncertainties and chaos.
He says,
“I am at a point in my life where many things are unsolvable. On one hand, I feel that I am getting wiser and wiser, but on the other hand, I know that I will never fully get control over my life. I keep losing my footing, so the songs help me through it and offer a way for me, to navigate through the chaos. It’s about being as good as I can possibly be at living in a world that I cannot control.”
Now at the age of 23, Nicklas starting playing guitar at just four years old, and debuted his hit single 'Hero', becoming a star in with three hit singles in the Top 10 in the Danish Airplay Charts.
