21 year old artist Philippine has released her second single 'Just Dancing' following on from her debut single 'Gone' earlier this year.
'Just Dancing' is melodic and fresh and Philippine's vocals are delicate and pure. The track follows the story of being in denial about how your relationship is going - it's about a toxic but passionate relationship that's going in the wrong direction, but you're not quite ready to admit it. To everyone else, it's all fine. You're just dancing.
'Just Dancing' has a really authentic feel to it, using both modern and 80's pop as inspiration, especially the percussion and use of synthesisers. It's really catchy and the artist stuns you with lyrics about real life experiences, and melodies that you won’t be able to forget quickly.
Philippine has performed many times since she was a young girl, in places such as ESNS, 3FM and the Old Luxor Theatre. This year her new music will be released and she will announce her new tour dates after the world is back to a little more normality.
