Irish phenomenon Picture This – comprising of members Ryan Hennessy, Jimmy Rainsford, Cliff Deane and Owen Cardiff – have released their exceptionally catchy new single, titled ‘Troublemaker.’
Prior to the release of the track, the four-piece shared previews of the single on their Instagram page, inevitably building excitement for the release of ‘Troublemaker.’
The brilliant new release follows on from ‘Winona Ryder,’ which was released earlier this year. Throughout January and February 2020, Picture This were a support act for The Jonas Brothers on their tour around the UK, Ireland and Europe. The track is representative of a new sound for the band and is taken from their upcoming third studio album. The cleverly written lyrics convey the story of being in a relationship with someone who is notoriously a ‘troublemaker’ and partner an infectious production. Both the vocals and production of this track add to its flirtatious and cheeky nature.
‘She gives me a million reasons why I should hate her, but I can’t, cause she’s my troublemaker.’
Speaking about the single in a recent interview, member Ryan Hennessy explained that the single is:
“about a love that that seems doomed and volatile, but has so much spark and excitement that you just can’t seem to let it go. It’s a battle between two lovers who are both full of attitude and cockiness and love and life. It’s an explosive combination, but it just feels so good. It’s a sexy unpredictability. This one is for the troublemakers, the free spirits, the impulsive souls, and the outright lovers!”

Picture This will be performing as part of the ‘One World, Together At Home’ event today (Saturday 18 April 2020) in support of the World Health Organisation’s Solidarity Response Fund. ‘Troublemaker’ is out now.
